Wellness Retreat Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Wrightfully Fit Wellness Retreats for your wellness journey. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation by Participant:
More than 60 days before the retreat start date: Participants may cancel their reservation for a full refund, less a $500 administrative fee.
30 to 59 days before the retreat start date: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued. However, participants have the option to transfer their booking to another person or to a future retreat date, subject to availability and a transfer fee of $250.
Cancellation by Wrightfully Fit Wellness Retreats:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made to Wrightfully Fit Wellness Retreats. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer the full amount paid towards another retreat date.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and interruptions, as well as medical expenses. This can provide additional peace of mind and financial protection.
COVID-19 Considerations:
Given the ongoing uncertainties related to the COVID-19 pandemic, participants who are unable to attend the retreat due to government travel restrictions or documented illness will be offered the option to transfer their booking to a future date or receive a voucher for the full amount paid, valid for 24 months.
Miscellaneous:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by our office via email.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
The administrative and transfer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By booking a retreat with Wrightfully Fit Wellness Retreats, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
